Conan exiles best steel weapon

The problem is when legendary weapons had stats, they were balanced. They weren't always the best option for damage, but you take the hit to damage for the stat boost. Now, 90% of legendary weapons are just flat out bad. They need to come up with some cool and interesting effects to put on them for them to be worth using.
