The off-school wand hit can be good for getting rid of weaknesses or towers, and imo pierce is more useful when you have a lot of it and can choose to ignore shields or not pack prisms.I’d say the Sky Iron Hasta still due to the universal damage. However if you’re willing to farm, I’d suggest you go for the Sidhe Staff which drops from Selwyn Skywatcher in Celestia (The Stellarium dungeon).
