If you always leave the mlc at default it’s always in your cemu folder and can’t get lost. Find your old mlc folder and reset it’s path in cemu or copy it into your cemu folder. Select the meta.xml in the meta folder of the update or DLC.Verify region matches the region your BotW is from (likely EUR). Also consider using a different source for the update; I recommend USB Helper. I couldn't get MapleSeed to even recognize that there was an update to BotW, but USB Helper worked flawlessly.
