Sunshine grill – Restaurant in WeldonWe dined at Sunshine Grill twice during our trip to Grand Cayman. Loved the food, drinks and service. We had breakfast and lunch. I highly recommend the banana oats Pancakes. They were delicious and not too heavy as my went straight to an excursion after I ate. The jerk Tacos were delicious and had a kick to them..
